Description
SPC-1015 polyol is a fully formulated polyol blend developed for the application of PU slow recovery foam. The component ratio has been adjusted to make it possible that pillows, mattresses and mattress topper pads made from SPC-1015 work like a spa while you are sleeping. Foams made by SPC-1015 are characterized by their slow recovery. They provide an ideal support for the body and utmost comfort when sitting or lying on them.
SPC-1015 is recommend for pillows and mattresses. Depending upon the individual requirements the consistency of this viscoelastic foam can be finely adjusted. Soft or firm, flexible or slow – everything is possible with this intelligent material.

First aid for eyes & skin
When working, please avoid contact of polyol with eyes or skin. Safety glasses are suggested Skin contaminated with polyols should be washed with soap and plenty of water. If polyol contacts eyes, flush with plenty of low pressure flowing water or get medical attention.
Packing & Storage
Polyol: 200kg iron drum, isocyanate: 250kg iron drum.
Moistureproof, ventilation, sealed storage, shelf life of 6 months.
